AESSE 3000 PLUS is a mat with high soundproofing performance , consisting of a special acoustic membrane (density 1620 kg/m^3, thickness 2.2 mm) additivated with rubber polymers with a certified Rw value of the mat alone of 22 dB. The membrane and coupled with a layer of recycled polyurethane agglomerate (density 90 kg/m3, thickness 5 mm). The technologies used in the production of this material give it excellent technical-physical characteristics, waterproofness, good shock and vibration absorption capabilities. Suitable for even the most critical laying situations, AESSE 3000 PLUS is an anti-impact product separating the bedding screed from the lightened screed shaving screed of the systems. Easy to use, AESSE 3000 PLUS is equipped with a lateral overlapping selvage to prevent imperfections in the laying from even minimally affecting the final result. The top layer allows its application if “self-levelling” type screeds are to be used.
